Main comment
In the first espionage report, he had 11m fleet on the moon when I sent the attacking fleet. But when the fleet was flying, some of his cargoes came back with more resources, so there became 15m fleet and the number of recyclers and follow-up cargoes I sent became insufficient. Also, the first wave became a draw because he had more fleet than the previous report. Good thing I sent some cruisers with the cargoes, so I was still able to make 2 waves of follow-ups.

I got the DF from my first recycler wave, but the additional recyclers and follow-ups I sent later was not fast enough. He came online, harvested the rest of DF, and moved the rest of resources on the moon away.

Also thanks to falke's combat report yesterday. That inspired me to scan MATA 😄 .
