Killing someone on his way back from fleet save without using a phalanx. In the old days I did it a lot in the german universe 20 (this universe had no moons).

I wanted to relive this feeling, the growing tension etc. etc.

And yeah it is a small cr, but my fleet is also small, I had to find something fitting

According to the defender the impact was 1 second after the return of the "fleet".

Don't know who has the DF, I really don't care.
