Today EXTRO shared this report with me because I'm near. He also told me that the defender often idles. Therefore, although the activity didn't become timer after 15 minutes of the shared report, I still decided to maybe to give it a try. I scanned him again and saw the fleet was still there, and sent my attacking fleet immediately. After flying for 15 minutes, the activity still didn't become timer, so I scanned him again, and found that some expedition fleet came back. So I kept flying and the attack was successful. Several minute after the impact, the defender came back and went into (u) mode.

Special thank to EXTRO again! He has already shared many big targets with me so far, and I really appreciate that. If he doesn't share with me, I probably won't find those targets because I'm busy and lazy
