Actually EXTRO and Charmin Baer found him first, and they both tried to attack but the defender came online. After a while, I saw that the activity of the defender became timers and seems not online, I scanned and found the fleet and resources are there. Since I'm much nearer than EXTRO and Charmin Baer, I started the attack and gave it a try, and it was successful. Thanks again to my alliance mates, I wouldn't found this guy if they didn't share the information

I wanted to attack him myself on moon and plani, but i wasted my deut in the first try.

So Snow got the next attempt....
less than an hour after my attempt, TelenorHD has drawn together and is going down
