Main comment

Während andere noch überlegen, wo sie ihre Ressourcen möglichst gewinnbringend anlegen, wurde bei uns bereits investiert.

Das Anlageobjekt wurde geprüft, das Risiko bewertet und anschließend kurzerhand ins Portfolio aufgenommen.
Die Marktlage war günstig, die Liquidität vorhanden und der Besitzer offenbar der Meinung, sein Kapital wäre dort gut aufgehoben.
